In case of calibration/repair of the breathalyzer, please send back only the device without accessories. There is no need to send e.g. mouthpieces, batteries or a cover. Please include a warranty card, a copy of the device's proof of purchase and contact details with your shipment.


We provide a wide and professional range of maintenance services as well as warranty and after-sales service for all the devices we offer.

The service department employees have many years of experience, qualifications and the necessary authorizations obtained during training, thanks to which, in our company's professionally equipped laboratory, working with modern diagnostic and computer equipment, they are able to quickly identify the problem and repair the device, and the parts warehouse is systematically replenished spare parts, allows the repair time to be reduced to a minimum.


In a dedicated department, we repair and calibrate breathalyzers. We are an authorized service center for, among others: brands such as: BACscan®, Dräger, Alcovisor®, alkoSure®, AlcoFind®, AlcoAlert®, AlcoSafe®, ACS. We also repair devices and calibrate sobriety testers purchased from other companies.

We use exhaust simulators from the renowned American company Guth Laboratories Inc. and the European brand Dräger, using only certified concentration standards.
